@zombierunner1987 soundprank is NOT tech house....you can certainly tell the difference, no? Take a listen to the Toolroom Records productions and they are a perfect example of tech house :) Soundprank is progressive/trance

@Curva10Sud I believe the genre is in fact progressive house which is similar to progressive trance but has a slightly slower beat and deeper bass, at least to my ears. I prefer it over trance actually.

@BeefJerky4104 @BeefJerky4104 prog house and trance are also different in terms of atmosphere and styles of melodies. for instance you often can hear artists from anjunadeep dig into the old type of electronic sound or disco from late 70's or 80's, and put it in a new modern context. this type of sound is pretty usual for prog house nowadays, but you will most likely not hear much of this sound in the prog trance genre.
