I'm not going to agree with the 62% of the public (34% are conservative) when they criticize Sarah Palin, but I am going to agree with the fact that when you open your mouth, you make no sense. There is no such thing as a liberal gene, read the paper. Also, just because someone has trouble speaking, doesn't mean that they are dumb. If she was dumb, she wouldn't have gotten into Harvard to begin with. Another thing, Sarah Palin is not one of the normal people, she wants to go to war with Iran!

I'm not making personal claims one way or the other so it's irrelevant what i don't know, which is a allot by the way.. what i do know is that there was a documented study done at Harvard University to try and determine whether specific genes program liberal thinking.. the idea that liberalism is also effected by chemistry is not far fetched since homosexuals will often claim that they didn't choose to be "gay" but were mysteriously born that way..

DRD4 is a type of dopamine receptor that has been loosely associated with adventurous behavior. What the study showed was that a certain combination of particular genetic expression and environmental factors is associated with having a liberal ideology. Key word here is associated. It's a correlation, it's not causation. It does not mean there is a 'liberal gene'.

scientists matched subjects genetic information with maps of their social networks and determined that people "with a specific variant of the DRD4 gene were more likely to be liberal as adults" hence the expression "liberal gene" came into play.. in truth, liberals are dopes for reasons that are yet undetermined..
