The National Guard is under the control of their state of orgin and its executive branch, not the Federal government. We could wear our Dress Blues, or Service dress when in public though, but these are not battle ready uniforms. Unlike the Dress and Service uniforms, utilities are not permitted for wear on leave or liberty (while off-duty), except when traveling in a vehicle a place of duty and a residence, or in emergency stops.

The military is never suppose to be used against it's own citizens. Please review the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act which has since been over ruled by a bill passed in 2006 that now allows the government to use the military on it's own people and declare martial law when ever they want for any situation they choose. The patch on the interviewed solider's arm is the 149th Armor Brigade whitch is a national guard unit based in Kentucky. The National Guard is under the control of their state of orgin and its executive branch, not the Federal government. It is completely legal for the Govenor of that state to use them for any emergency or security issue that he\she deems worthy to mobilize them. These men and women are not Federal Troops.

He's a lower National Guard enlisted soldier. Any information taken from him would be hear say at best. If those interviewers wanted actual "official" information they would have found the officer in charge and interviewed him\her. For all we know those Marines were on leave visiting home and wanted to show off in their uniforms.

But for people to base their entire belief system on his theories and assuming everything he says to be fact is ludicrous. Let me just say from experience as I was married to a military guy and lived on military bases for 20 yrs of my life and had 6 brothers in military - they had to change their uniforms before going into public facilities. They could not even go into stores in their uniforms. Ask yourself why have things changed?

I can concur with this statement. When I was in the Marines they didn't allow us to walk around in our BDU's Battle Dress Uniforms in public places. We could wear our Dress Blues, or Service dress when in public though, but these are not battle ready uniforms. Unlike the Dress and Service uniforms, utilities are not permitted for wear on leave or liberty (while off-duty), except when traveling in a vehicle a place of duty and a residence, or in emergency stops.

I agree. That's a good point. There is a commercial aspect to it which is what makes me question it so much. I'm not arguing who is right or wrong. I'm just questioning the motives behind it. Of course, I've heard him say things that were blatantly untrue, but with all the things going on today, and the fact that his reports I've seen confirmed on other youtube channels, I believe he is really telling the truth. He might be a liar, I don't know. But look at the commercial side of his website. He is instilling fear and paranoia into people and at the same time profiting from his actions. Take one look at his forum. There is no debate. People who oppose his views are non-existent. This goes against free speech. His views are contributing to a new wave of extremism on the internet. We all know the US government is fucked up, but that doesn't mean whatever Alex Jones says is true.

That is a very good point; however, he does have many convincing educated people come on his shows and clarify what he says. He also gives alot of proof, whether it be legislation, or other things. I guess the only way to know for sure is to wait and see what happens with this swine flu mass vaccination, that will make or break conspiracies.

I suggest we reachout to police and military personel. They, after all, come from the population. I think you are right. I have been tuned in to Alex for 4 years now. Once i really had a good idea in my mind of what is going on, i started to listen a few times a week instead of daily so i can keep my foot in. Alex is so deeply immersed for 12 hour or more a day, that his peace has left him. In contrast, Alan Watt who does a great job in Canada is very calm and yet the NWO have not removed him. I don't think Alex does this for money. He does it because its his passion. Just moderate

Please review the 1878 Posse Comitatus Act which has since been over ruled by a bill passed in 2006 that now allows the government to use the military on it's own people and declare martial law when ever they want for any situation they choose. Not that it means very much but I had the school fluoride treatment back in 1968 and had continuous cavities until 2005 when I stopped drinking tap water and using fluoride toothpaste. I haven't even needed to go to the hygienist since (nothing to scrape off). Maybe this can be attributed to better diet)?
