@coolerator48 ; the video is from Wed 14 Jan 1998 - Cardiff International Arena. A show organised and filmed by BBC Wales called "Still Rocking". Pretty awesome. There are more clips from this show here at YouTube.

The concert was by a band put together of all Welsh musicians
