Yes there was fair amount of play in the steering, which a typical problem with the Model-A. It uses a worm gear and the adjustment for it is quite finicky. I have since tightened it up quite a bit.
One of the better model A video's out there. It gives yu the real feel of the car. It's also nice to see someone who isn't a senior citizen enjoying and expressing a passion for these cars.
Thanks so much for posting this. It's so nice to see an original, not hot rodded. It sounds so awesome inside, especially during acceleration.
