how long does it take for you to upload your videos to youtube from the Vado HD for a certain file size? My Vado HD takes a really long time to upload to the internet. Is this normal? What do you recommend so that my upload time would be faster? Does my computer specifications matter or is it all dependent on my internet connection speed?

I prefer the Flip. Kodak software does not support MAC so straight away thats a deal breaker. The flip as an overall package is the best IMHO. The 2ng Gen Flip Mino fixes allot of the gripes the 1st gen carried. 2inch screen and HDMI make this a much more attractive package.

You're 100% right. Just came from the Vado HD video and it has much better skin tones and works better in lower light. Although the audio may be better on the Flip. I also like the wide angle of the Vado.

The Creative probably would've been the best in video if it didn't look like the white balance was constantly changing throughout the video. The only thing that bothers me about the Flip's video is things look a little to bright or vibrant. The Kodak, just like he mentioned in the video, appears to have a choppy frame rate in this lowlight video test. The Kodak's audio was amazingly better than the Flip or the Creative though.

the best test for HD video is the crispness of the video when the camera moves. If your video's are hazy while moving, then it means it's not capturing as fast as it should.

P.S. Chris is absolutely correct about the wide angle thing. So many complain about the kodak and flip cameras being unstable. Well when the lens is a "Zoom" or narrow view angle like on those cameras its also "Magnifying" the shake of the camera "Think Binoculars". Having a wide lens is important last thing you want to do is "Pan" around to view the entire room or scene your shooting as it makes the view get a headache watching the footage moving around constantly I know I am a photographer.

I just ordered the Vado today. Does anyone know if the "Software" Suite "RESIDES ON THE CAMERA" itself? like it does with the Flip Ultra HD? Its convient that way to have it on the video camera itself. Saves the hassle of remembering to have the "CD" of sofware with you. Say if your on vacation at a friends house and want to upload or share the video you just shot with them or others. If the software is on the camera you dont have to lug around the software its already on the camera.

The Zi6 looked terrible. There was alot of movement "lag" where it looked like his hands were dragging behind. Its not my computer. The video must have been interlaced and not progressive. To be honest the most appealing video was the Flip Mino HD. It was the most comfortable to watch.

Its in HD but it can not record alot of Frames per second. Because the graphic is good, it takes alot of memory to record so the camera takes a few pictures every second. It is not worth it.
