  • Does anyone know how I can find the songs for the DS version of the game?

  • i hate how japanese games wont work on american systems. I regret buying an english PS2 T__T

  • Is this Taiko no Tatsujin or Taiko no Tatsujin Wii Dodoon to 2 Yome! ???

on wich of these you can play hare hare yukai?

  • @IWindows95I If you check the title, it says Taiko no Tatsujin 7. Since this isn't the arcade version, then you have to consider that this is probably the PS2 version. The 7th version is Doka! To Omori! Nanadaime! That's the only consumer version that has this song.

  • @MechaGai ありがとう!

  • @MechaGai One of the DS games has it I believe

  • wait so you can put your taiko songs in here or what?

  • @1peterkim123 I don't understand what you're asking. You mean uploading onto YouTube?

  • @MechaGai I think he's asking if you can put any music in the game .

  • SKILLS omg i love taiko

  • MechaGai

    Do you like this song?

  • You're good :O

  • Mother of god

  • i want this game!!!

  • this is wii i think

  • No, it's the PS2 version. The Wii version has the Lucky Star theme.

  • ok thanks

  • @MechaGai  i would want both the ps2 and wii versions ;A;

  • sugooooooooooii

  • is that one for a ps2 ?

  • FURU COMBU

  • does the japanese taiko drum master work on the english playstation?if so I WANT IT!!!

  • No it does not, unless you mod it and buy Swap Magic.

  • @MechaGai happen to know if a downloaded game version will still work alright with the drum peripheral on wii?

  • @gaybash I think the answer is fairly obvious if you know how technology works.

  • @MechaGai well i'm new at homebrew shit i just don't wanna pay out for anything if something's likely to go wrong.

  • Where the HEEEEEEELLL can I order this game? Taiko for DS is my favourite DS game OF ALL TIME, and this seems even MORE PWNSOME. (Not that that's even a word, but who cares!)

  • did he die?

  • wait...which taiko no tatsujin game was this (I wanna get it)

also I've heard there is the lucky star opening song in the 10th game (in arcades in Japan)

  • This is the 7th console version Nanadaime.

The Lucky Star OP is in the Wii version of Taiko no Tatsujin as well.

  • @buffalokirby

    heheheh no sorry

  • menudo ignorante eres al no saber que version es cuando es evidente, ademas cuando faltas el respeto a otras culturas encima a una que gracias a ella existen los videojuegos como los conocemos ahora es mucho mas penoso por tu parte

  • i wonder where my game went. i feel like playing it now o.o

  • When watching this, does anyone think of Lucky Star, when Konata was playing the taiko game?

  • Everyone who's at least seen that episode will think that. Everyone else will not. :3 Simple logic.

  • how long have you played the game???

    ur good :D

  • Ever since the US version came out like... 2005.

  • (0 _ 0)... awesome...

  • what system is this on???

  • PS2

  • the anouncer is konata? O_O

    really sounds like konata

  • The actress who gives voice to Konata, it also gives haruhi

  • WOW THAT WAS COOLS ASS I WANT THAT GAME sad part is im in australia so i probaly cant all well OFF TO PUT IT ON GUTAR HERO

  • Same here. God, importing it would cost too much at the moment, wouldn't it?

  • lol im in canada and ive played the psp version of this.

  • I want this now. *Goes to import it*

  • i made my own little taiko and played along, sight read; hard as shit

  • This is all I have to say:

    Mad skills.

  • i wish i had that lol

  • Excellent! 1:09 best part *O*

  • *clap clap clap*

That was excellent skills. I would TOTALLY suck in this.

  • FURU KOMUBO!

  • If youve seen lucky star, Konata and Tsukasa were playing Takio no jutssin (how ever you spell it). They were playing Hare hare yukai and Konata was totaly kicking Tsukasas but!!

  • Tatsujin.

Also, that episode was pretty funny.

I still hate the people who insist on doing the dance in the middle of the hall. Noise polution: Don't do it!

  • man, you rock xD

taiko is awesome. btw, Do you know when the wii version is out?

  • It's already out. Japan only.

  • Wow mad skills!!! If I wouldn't have seen it I wouldn't believe it!!!!

  • There's actually Hare Hare Yukai on Taiko, Wow, awesome. Except that it's kinda short, but oh well.

  • coooool...

  • your good ktul

  • who taiko no tatsujin is this? in the ds version can you play it? in touch de dodokon or 7? xD

  • doka! to omorii nanadaime! The 7th console version not including the two anime versions. I forgot if it WAS in the 2nd DS game, but I am pretty sure it's not.

  • 7 touch de dodokon is in ds

  • lol you could be in like those civil war like military marching bands where they play those really fast drums XD

  • Those civil war guys must have been pretty fit to be able to catch up to those drums then, huh?

  • sugggeeeee los frikies rul`z yeah yeah soy frikie y kiero uno de esos!!

  • woah so pro

  • POWER!

    wow.

  • I totaly love this game! ^^

  • dudeeeeee omggggg you need to calm down with the proness on taiko >.> *bows* walks away in awe

  • edited on movie maker

    lol

    haha

  • WOW!O_O

  • U ARE MY HARE HARE YUKAI IDOL

  • Shit, that was WICKED AWESOME!!!! YOU ROCK!!!

  • what system is this for?

  • PS2 I think?

  • (: AMAZING

i dont get why people are soo good at gaming XD

  • nice work holmes

  • Mechagai you rox!!!

  • nice Oo

  • dude, thats insane o__o

  • Where did you get that drum ????? °.°

  • Buy the original game, its comes with the drum.

  • Really ??????? How? Where? °.°

  • You just buy the game.. You can buy it online. The english version doesn't have these songs and you can't play the japanese version on a US PS2

  • Buy the english taiko, then download the others xD

That is how i did it =P

  • So like, i have the English Taiko Drum Master for ps2, but like, how exactly do you get it for on the computer? And where exactly do you download the songs?

  • you can't really get it for computer. you can play flash taiko, but it doesn't have these songs. you need a japanese ps2 and don kat to oomori nanadaime taiko game to have this song.

  • DAMN NORTH AMERICA i wanna play the japaneese ones man

  • ...i hate how loud the taiko drum is at my house..like when i hit it..it surely does sound like plastic hitting..well..more plastic..

    lol

  • You are utterly amazing compared to me seriously xP

  • Taiko No Tatsujin is worse than Taiko No Tatsujin for DS, on ds it feels more like playing in arcade or playing real daiko drums.. <.<

  • Sweet.

  • Haha this reminds of my the Lucky Star Ep where Konata and Tsukasa are playing this song in the arcade on taikos

  • D...damn o_o; There's no way I could ever get this good, eheh.

  • i really love to play with the touch screen on ds. I play with my fingers and the game experience is very nice. I will buy the drums for ps2 in the future it looks so fun

  • Wowow, you're awesome.

I just bought Meccha Taiko for the DS yesterday, it's so much fun.

    But.. it doesn't include Hare Hare. ;;

  • Especially seeing as The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is an awesome Anime :P

  • I bought Taiko No Tatsuijin DS yesterday :P

    But this version looks sweet!

  • I HAVE TO GET A PS2 AND THIS GAME! <3 Looks sooo fun!

  • omG ur amazing look at all the crowns you get for all the songs... i cant full combo hare hare yukai at oni... i can only stand muzukashii... UR VERY AMAZING!!

  • Wow, you're awesome! that, and which one is this? Please try to give me the full name.

  • 太鼓の達人 ドカッ!と大盛り七代目 (Taiko no Tatsujin: doka?! to oomori nana daime)

  • Thanks! :)

  • this games rlly cool haha

  • Ha.

    xD

    its the japanese guitar hero.

    but 1000 times better.

    and better music,

    xD

  • Ugh, more bad comments about Guitar Hero... I can take the "It's like DDR" comments, but... UGH! Guitar Hero is a relatively new game. This has been out since 1999. Get your facts before you say things like that. :/

  • delete it. not for that, for using the "xD" face.

  • sick game, is it on ps2 or ps3?

  • Ps2... <.<

  • but can u explain me what the difference between jap ps2 and english ps2? why they cant accept the fucking language game...?

    ..amyway.. TU ES UN DIEU!!!!!!

  • Uhh, that's just how Sony made their game consoles. Japanese PS2 Games are meant to be only played on Japanese PS2s and US PS2 games are meant to be only played on US PS2s because it just is. They're coded differently. Region locking and all. PS3s are different in that the US and Japan share the same code for the region in games.

  • and is there a way that jap ps2 games work on ps2 english ... adding a item in the ps2 english consoles... or what ever ,,,

  • yes, there's many ways... You're going to need Swap Magic Discs, as well as a way to use them on your PS2. :P

  • yes there is, msg me back if you are really interested

  • Now you just need a video of yourself doing the dance XDDD

  • SECONDED. DO IT!!!

Actually, I myself (also a huge fan of this song) have most of the dance memorized.

One of these days, I might bother...

  • Short answer, no.

Long answer, I love the show, but I can't stand the people who want others to learn the dance.

It's not that I don't like the dance... I just don't like the people who expect EVERYONE to know it, and dance to it on the drop of a hat... or whenever this song breaks out. No offense to you, or any Haruhi fans, but really... This is getting old already.

  • UR A GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • That's "Kami-Gai" to you, good person.

  • You rock. Are you like a percussionist or something. I worship your awesomeness.

  • I'm just an avid taiko fan, if that counts for anything.

  • O: o...m...g...

    ur good!!

  • WOW

  • This is...

    WOW! So great!!

  • That is [awesome], my friend.

I wish more than one Taiko no Tatsujin was released for us American audiences. T-T

  • Awesome!!!

  • Which platform is it on? (I know there's a version for the DS, but this isn't plug and play, right?)

  • Japan PS2 import title. :-P

  • dude i wish this song was on the portable version....XP

  • すごwww

  • zomg that was... pretty nice xD

  • WOW

  • is that song in both of the PSP versions? :o

  • Nope, not at all. Not even downloadable, since they never put up Anime/J-Pop songs, and also, they stopped releasing songs.

  • Actually they have the Neon Genesis opening in Taiko No Tastujin 2 PSP Version

  • I meant to say that they never release those songs for DOWNLOAD. Of coarse the game itself will have the usual fare of J-Pop and Anime. Heck, portable 2 is the only consumer version to have Pop Star. :-P

  • Actually they have idolm@ster for download on psp 2 which is one of my favorite songs on it.

  • That song is actually from Namco's Arcade/X360 game, "The IDOLM@STER", so that falls under the "Video Game Music" section, not J-Pop. :)

  • still needs more aya.

  • Of Sampling Master fame? I agree.

  • Nice play!(-_,- I still could not get a full combo.)

  • i could fc this song too

  • さんびゃくcombo!!!!!!

    フルCOMBO!!!!!!

  • Do you know if hare hare yukai is on the english version one?

  • No, it's not. The US version was released on October 24, 2004, well before the Suzumiya anime was released.

  • how many of those gamepads do you go thru every year?

  • So far, I've only needed to replace one, and that one, I've had for at least 2 years.

  • There's one for computers!? So cool xDDD Where can you get it anyway? Wasent on the gamecube or something?

  • Oh, come on! It's not on the PC. That's my Sony TV with 3.5mm out jack for my speakers. The only console this game (Taiko no Tatsujin) is on is the PS2. You're confusing this game with Donkey Konga, done by the same company (Namco, now Bandai Namco), which is on the Game Cube.

  • D: You make it look so easy.

  • If I were to buy this, would my American Taiko Drum controller be able play this? The controllers themselves are region free right?

  • There are no regions for controllers at all. Only ones that WOULD be are light guns.

And the American drums are the same as the Japanese ones. They're even manufactured in Japan.

  • what tha hell...

    pro :)

  • holy crap that was awesome! is this in tnt2? i think the only way i'd play this if it was on the psp version ='[ but wow, REALLY great job on that confusing stream of red and blue!!

  • TnT2? If you mean the supposed 2nd US version, then no. The title clearly says Taiko no Tatsujin 7, but it's really the console version, which is Doka! To Oomori Nanadaime. It's not on the 2nd PSP version, but thanks to downloadable songs, it COULD be, but I haven't seen anything J-Pop or Anime for download yet, and I doubt it would be. :-\ It's in Taiko no Tatsujin 9 in the arcade version, though.

  • wowowowowowowowowowow

  • I wish I could pass this song(oni)one day

    still need more practice @@"

only hard level could be full combo...
