Well she did start working on Trouble in Shangri-La in about 1995, so it could be from the mid to late 90s..but it's DEFINITELY a demo for Trouble in Shangri-La, that much I know.

I agree with 'shanemiro' -this sounds like it was recorded in the early 90's judging by her voice... Her high notes took on a more brassy tone during the TISL era... just a thought...not trying to challege anyones facts!...i hate when ppl have 'youtube comment fights' lol

It's definitely at least post 1994, since this was a demo from the TISL sessions, and she didn't start that album until then.

Anyone can testify who's heard "Black Roses," "Blue Water," or the "minutiae" on her box set "Enchanted" ("Sleeping Angel" and "Blue Lamp" kill!): There's a lot of lost, powerful Stevie tuneage out there. Haunting lady!

I did not hear this song on TIShangri-La cd.Was it just a demo and not released? "Have NO Heart." It is or sounds sad and cold. Stevie is a human being and I love her songs,her voice,everything about her! She is truely ENCHANTING and magical to me.
