is your top arm pulling yourself towards the bar? or do u purely press with your bottom arm and your top arm is doing nothing? i just began training for it so i would greatly appreciate your advise thanks!
@dragowoo I'm not sure I can still do them, this was a while ago. However, if I remember correctly, I allowed most of my weight to fall onto my lower arm, while keeping a strong grip on the pole, and pulled in with my higher arm. Since this isn't actually a proper human flag (not entirely horizontal), I'd suggest looking up a better video. :P Though I hope I helped a little.
