  • @BazBlog

Could you send me that same info please too? :)

  • @amanpreet41 - sure. Baz

  • Thanks man ,this help me alot

  • @moremadnessful - that is great to hear. Baz

  • i really enjoyed your videos baz ! this is really really work on your biceps everybody!!

  • @aldoganaskali - thanks so much for the comment and for the wonderful support. Baz

  • Hi Baz,

I'm 16 years old and my weight is about 165 pounds.

I've seen al you previous workouts and I love them! Great advice!

I'm in to training for about 4 months but without any schedule...

I want to focus on the upperpart of the body like chest, back, shoulders and arms...

I was wondering if it would be possible that you could send me something that I could do daily or something like that to really grow some muscles...

I hope that I can get one and start right away! :)

    JooLmsc

  • @JooLmsc - After 4 months you should see some really good results and if not it could be a combination of the way you eat first and then the kind of training you are doing. I will send you some info. Baz

  • @JooLmsc Hope you dont mind me adding something here. One suggestion. As you are only getting into working out I would suggest an all over workout with one specific exercise per body part rather than a split routine. Your muscles and body need to build the 'scaffolding' i.e stronger muscles, tendons etc etc before switching to a split routine whereby you concentrate on a number of exercises per muscle group. Getting the framework in my opinion is important, especially at your age. Just a suggest

  • @Haizum74 Thanks for the tips. I will keep them in mind for the next workout!

  • why do u have like a sweat band on one arm?

  • @killashop1 - it is not a sweat band it is an elbow guard. I use it when I feel a bit of pain in the elbow. I sometimes get like tennis elbow. Baz

  • this guy is a tannnk

  • @Hipstoprockathon - thanks. Baz

  • Hi Baz can you help me on how I can get bigger on my forearms & arms in general.

I'm 13, 95 pounds and about 5'6-5'7. My arms are like skin and bones. It's not very comfortable. People usually make fun of me because of my weight.

  • @ReignDale - I will send you some info. Only a fool makes fun of someone else. I would not listen to idiots. Baz

  • Yo -baz i'm 14 years old Almost 15, Do think i can like train my bicep and chest and stuff?

  • @matinb9 - Yes I think you can but you would be better doing things like pull ups, dips, push ups, sit ups, crunches, and one legged squats. I would not really use weights till you get to about 16. If you do use some rather go very light and lots of reps. (15-20 reps) I hope that helps, Baz

  • im 18

  • @SwagSociety01 - Ok I will send you some info. Baz

  • @BazBlog

Hey im 15, almost 16 and i really want to get bigger for rugby season, but lose weight aswell. Any tips?

  • @TheCondemnedProphet - I will send you some information to help you really get inshape. Baz

  • CAN I HAVE ONE OF YOUR PROGRAMS PLS ?

  • @SwagSociety01 - sure you must let me know how old you are as that is important. Baz

  • Your da man! bro thx alot!! :D

  • @matinb9 - thanks very much for the compliment. Baz

  • can I have one of your programs??

  • @mikeybelcher1990 - sure. Baz

  • Awesome!

  • @illidin25 - Thanks so much for that. Baz

  • to words Max Ot

  • @ulf123456 - Cheers. Baz

  • Thanks for taking the time to explain things!!!!!

  • @SuperKeith74 - pleasure my friend, I hope it helps you. Baz

  • You are great! I love the way you explain it. Why dont you make more videos? Its a shame because I think you can explain every exercise so perfectly!

  • @HermanHermes - I certainly will be making a lot more. It is just I have been really busy over the last few months. Thanks for the compliment. Baz

  • @BazBlog Im looking forward your new videos.

  • @HermanHermes - they will be coming that is for sure. Baz

  • you say raise to the top but other people on here say dont do what you do which is it??

  • @16vastraturbo - I do what works for me. This works for me and many others. There are lots of ways to train. You must try different ways to see what works best for you. Baz

  • @16vastraturbo As long as the bicep is not resting at peak contraction (which usually happens when you lean back as you go to the top so don't lean back!), you should go as high as possible, squeezing your bicep at the top.

  • Ha! Close enough!

  • @SchwarzeneggerAKAgod - yes lol. Baz

  • He's not british, he's south African.

  • @SchwarzeneggerAKAgod - I am neither I am Zimbabwean. lol Baz

  • I definitely throw my back, back slightly when lifting the bicep curl bar, its better to do perfect form with less weight than BIG weight with slightly bad form you think? thanks for the tips.

  • @upyanuts - I am glad I was able to help a bit. You will build a lot more if you get the muscle you are working to do all the work. Often the big weights with the cheat lift is to impress the people around you. Unfortunately it does not really do you that much good. What most people do not realise is anyone with a bit of weight knowledge know what you are doing and have quite a giggle at your expense. Baz

  • @Nguyencomp - well that is nice to know but there are many very trustworthy people with different accents. Baz

  • ooohhh so thats what i was doing wrong, using my back, thanks baz ;)

  • @dannysul96 - swinging the weight up means the muscle you want to build is not working. It is better to go a bit lighter and make sure that only the muscle does the lift. You will build quicker training this way. Baz

  • I need some help and tips for getting more cut , any advice ?

  • @daforeignkid - you will get more cuts if you lose body fat. Have a look at the nutrition video and fat burn video. They will help you to lose some body fat and show the muscles a lot more. Baz

  • Hey Baz please reply,

I am 15 years old and I just started and I was wondering how I would build mass and get cut as well.

    Thanks!

  • @ZEROSKATER19931 - I will send you some info to help you get going. Baz

  • @BazBlog Hey Baz =),

I am also 15 and have the same Question as ZEROSKATER could you also help me getting started ?

    Thanks!

    -Nic

  • @QuickNicHD - sure I will send you some info to help you. Baz

  • very helpful

  • @HakuCell - thank you. Baz

  • if you want even better advice try greg valentino expelling the myths

  • @UnbreakableMan1988 - there are many sources of information. I certainly would never say one is better than another. That is just a personal opinion. They all work. Baz

  • Thanks man, that 'make the muscle' tip is one I haven't seen in a lot of videos but really makes a lot of sense. I use that technique now, as well as putting the arm straight down, whilst doing dumbbell curls and presses. Cheers!

  • @rabm26 - that is great. I would not only do it this way. It is just a different way to train every now and again and it helps to keep the muscle growing. You should hit the muscle at different angles so they are challenged. Baz

  • Do we need to have a proper breathing technique while doing this exercise? If yes, how?

  • @ronaldinding - you need to breathe right with any exercise. Muscles need oxygen to work. You normally exhale when you are under force. So breathe out when you raise the weight and breathe in as you lower the weights. That is what is recommended. Baz

  • @BazBlog Thanks.Btw,when we do this exercise ,ur muscle wll alwys in pain,at that point should I stop for a while or continue doing the exercise?

  • @ronaldinding - you need to explain what you mean by pain. If it is stiff then that will go away the fitter and stronger the muscle becomes. If it is pain because of some other reason you should not keep training. Baz

  • great video thank for the advise i will definetly try this out on my next lift.

  • @323medic - thanks and good luck with it. Let me know how or if it works for you. Baz

  • i like trains.

  • @SLICKY6077 - ?? not quite sure what you mean. Baz

  • This exercize is performed in excellent form. Not only does baz represent how the exersize can be done properly, but makes the exersize even more efficiant - which does from my experince take alot of work to inprovise to see what works and what doesn't hence why baz takes the time to put these awesome videos up to help people with what ever problems they might be having. (Just a tip): when you push your shoulders up a bit shown in this video it can do your delts good to.

  • @PsychoFlounder Thanks very much for the very nice compliment. Baz

  • @BazBlog - i was wondering how many sets and reps i should do?

  • @brngdapain250 - if you want to just build muscle then I would do like 6 sets with 8-12 reps of quite heavy weights. You must be eating right as that is the key to getting muscle gain, Baz

  • @BazBlog I believe reading some were that 6 reps was maximum strength. Am I right???

  • @PsychoFlounder - Yes strength training is done with 1-6 reps. Building muscles is 8-12 reps and 12+ is more for fitness type training. Baz

  • @BazBlog What is a suitable weight to be using for simply getting bigger biceps? I am 16 and I'm starting to get back into working out from a year break

  • @TheNakedQuack - You will have to work out how much to use. No one can advise you. It will depend on how strong you are naturally. Find a weight that you can lift quite easily and then train with that to start with. You should be able to do at least 12 reps quite easily. As you get stronger then you can increase the weight you use. Baz

  • whats a good weight to start at for dumbbells if you are just a beginner?

  • @pheromonekid - I would start very light till you get used to the training and then gradually increase the weight so you are never too stiff from the training. No one can tell you what weight you must use as it will depend on your natural strength. Baz

  • @pheromonekid 15's

  • hey baz whats some good protein muscle building foods/diet i should eat during my days off in between weights.

  • @fen107 - I normally stick to the same food as the days I train. I just try to cut back slightly on the carbs. Baz

  • Nice tip! Thanks!

  • @guitarsome69 - Thanks very much for the compliment. I hope the video will help you. Baz

  • baz your my idol i'm sticking with you from now on, you provide great videos in a simple form something i love dearly cheers brother.

  • @fen107 - that is really nice of you to say. I am glad I can help. Baz

  • @BazBlog Also baz how often should i do my bicep exercises daily, every second day?

  • @fen107 - apart from abs and possibly calves you should never train any muscle more than 2 times a week. Baz

  • Thanks for your tips Baz - They have really helped improve my training

  • @willsmith65 - that is really good to hear. Thanks for the feed back. Baz

  • can you show me strength training plz? how to bench 140KG. etc

strenght training is good for powerlifting and worlds strongest man..

can u share ur hintsand tips...

May God guide u on the stright path. ameen

  • @unk786 - I have found that if I do a light set of 20 reps and then do a set of 10 reps with about 75% of what I can lift. I then do a set of 1/2 reps with 10 or even 20lbs more than the max I train with. Then I finish with 2 set s of around 75% of what I normally max with. That should build strength quite quick. Baz

  • I love your videos!! Thanks for all the great help!!

I'll have you to thank when my arms get real huge =)

  • @3II4life - thanks very much for the compliment. I am sure if you are eating right and train hard you will have massive arms. Baz

  • I love all your videos, keep up the good work!

  • @pdevil102 - Thanks so much and thanks for the support. Baz

  • bad workout.....

  • @MultiFireline - I did not invent it but at 59 I use it and it works like a dream for me. If you feel it is no good for you you should not do it. Baz

  • Nice video! I really enjoyed it..I'll be working hard on my biceps so I can really be proud of them soon heheh

  • @mesquitadrox - thanks very much and good luck with your training. I am sure if you stay focused you will have great looking arms. Baz

  • @mesquitadrox same...good luck bro~!

  • dont look so good for the shoulders

  • @crippa1983 - actually is does not do any harm to the shoulders. I have a shoulder problem and so have to be very careful what I do and do not do. Baz

  • @BazBlog okey, if it works for you then =)

  • @crippa1983 - yes it certainly does. Baz

  • that kill the biceps this is not a good way to traing biceps

  • @gothicmetalmusic - there are many ways to train any muscle and you must use what works for you. This has worked well for me. Baz

  • good tips! they really helped out in the gym! Thanks alot!!

  • @darrenoyp95 - great that you have tried them and found they can add that little extra. Baz

  • great video, these tips work!

  • @scorpioslice - cheers mate much appreciated. Baz

  • Thanks for this video, i will try your tips you give.

  • @1984KaRaTe - pleasure and good luck with your training. If you need more help let me know. Baz

  • Looks like them workouts dont well work for you Baz. you have rubbish arms!

  • @25110545 - I am very happy with them. I take no steroids or other garbage. I do not know of a lot of 59 year olds that look reasonable. I choose not to be any bigger. I hope you will be trying to help others when you get to my age in stead of trying to be insulting. Baz

  • @25110545 i love it when people bitch about other things they see online.

  • @MVP15420 - cheers for that mate. Thanks a lot for your support. Baz

  • hey baz, please make a video for building bicep peak, those nice round biceps people get. Thanks a bunch if u do! I'll get all my friends to subscribe because were all looking for a good bicep peak workout.

  • @iownyouchoob - that sounds like a good video to make so I will look into that in the future. Thanks a ton for your support. Baz

  • Wow! Thanks!

  • @kulopz - pleasure and thanks for viewing. Baz

  • hi again baz,i was woundering if doing dumbells would cuz my muscle to get more define cuz theres abit of confusion for me between dumbells and barbells as i do not want to do cutting for my muscle [does not have enough mass now] many people at the gym said that using barbells would be better for the biceps instead of dumbells.i am 15 and my biceps are 14.5inches should i start doing dumbells for the biceps or continew with my same rountine till i get bigger?

  • @skydance23 - simply weight is weight. Whether you use barbells or dumbbells it really is up to you. They both do the job you want depending on the reps, sets and amount. You can build or tone with both. You must use which ever one you feel the most comfortable with. You will cut when you control your diet with your training. You can bulk with your training and diet. Barbells and dumbbells are not the controlling factor. Baz

  • @BazBlog thanks alot of the great information.so far after all the other training videos made by others i have went through,ur are the best and the most informative.thanks for the great help

  • @skydance23 - that is excellent feed back and thanks a million for the compliment. Baz

  • Great video man. The rotating-dumbells look really very effective, started using them today, after seeing them on another video, good to see they are also used by other people that train hard, like you. Keep it up with the videos and tips.

  • @SkybirdX - it is a wonderful exercise to add that little extra to your training. It will not build a massive chest on its own. I am glad there are others using it too. I know it really does work if you use it every now and again. Thanks for the feedback and compliment. Baz

  • HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAh

  • @1havde - I am glad you have had a good laugh. Baz

  • @1havde - just had a look at your channel. very funny I can see why you laugh. Baz

  • good video mate.

Nice body btw, I never see people at your age with good bodies.

  • @thedudefromthehood - thanks very much for the compliment. It just goes to show any one can change how they look. Baz

  • Hi Baz, can you help which body part to work on? Im trying back and triceps, chest and biceps, and shoulder and triceps together so far. Yes I have not incorporate legs in my workout. Would be nice if you can rearrange my workout parts...

  • @mhcampboy - I would not leave out legs. When you train them it does so much good for the whole body and muscles. Mon/Thurs - Chest, Triceps and Biceps

Tue/Fri - Back, shoulders and Abs

Wed/Sat - Legs (Quads, Hamstrings, Calves)

I hope that gives you a good idea of what I train and when. You can change that around with different muscles to suit yourself. Baz

  • got a great workout with that technique thanks

  • @thesoundboykillaz - thanks for the compliment. There are many ways to train and I find I use this from time to time with some really good results. Good luck with it my friend. Baz
