I'm so happy to find this video on YouTube--I've seen your act on Church Street several times and often try to convince people go to Burlington just to see you.
No verbal description, of course, can communicate how skilled and funny you are as well as seeing it.. I'll be sending this url to all my friends.
Thanks for doing what you do. It's great theater.
well Sam, Im still up in Maine... you may remember how it takes things a lil longerer to get up heeyah, even on the intertubes b/c they get clogged up around Boston ayuh ... either way, just watched the video as its making the email rounds lately... all I can say is BIG UPS!!! YOU DA MAN SAM!!
Hey Sam, my wife and I watched your show last Friday night in Burlington. Thanks for posting the video. It's a great show. You'll be famous now among our friends in Ohio.
Hey Sam. How ya been...You went to High School with my brother? and I remember a bit of you when you were there.....Glad to see you do what you love. I'' catch your show today at the Houlton Fair.
I just made the video live, the title is "FSU Circus Slackwire 08," not sure how long it takes for a video to appear in a search after i post it though, thank you very much for your input :) (sorry if this comment is duplicated, had some internet issues when i tried to post the first time)
hey, i love your video, i just started doing slackwire myself a few months ago, and i love it, i actually just had my first performance last weekend, i was wondering if you had any advice for a new slackwireist, at the circus i'm in we don't really have any slackwire coaches so its really hard for me to discover new tricks
Keep at it, thats the secret. There is no real technique for walking the slack-wire. One thing you can do is try to set up your wire the same each time concerning distance and amount of slack. After that its all a matter of practice. If you can dream it up, it can be done.
Cool, thank you very much, i love your work, I am going to post a video of my performance this weekend, maybe you could critique it and tell me what you think
