The ps3 version is way better than the psp version. I have the game, and I dont think that you can do anything like create shortcuts, make sinkholes, or even scale the size of props. The graphics are a little bit worse than the ps3 version, but you cant expect EVERYTHING on a handheld device like the psp. The psp is portable, and you cant take a ps3 and play it on the go like in a car :). the psp version (new) is about $30 ($30 less than ps3 version) at the time of this post.

@4000jai Yes u can make your own character and kart on the PSP version,thought there arent as many options as on the ps3 version.

Also you can create tracks,but you cant even make a loop or ajust hights whikle setting the track,giving limited options(unlike the PS3 version)
