I don't think he did. In Journey's end when the Doctor remembers everyone who died for him the BBC cut a 2 second clip with Dalek Sec. I think he's still alive. Why else would they cut a 2 second clip?
really? but how could he be alive unless the fanfictions are true? the only way we know of him being able to survive would be if he expected all of that to happen and created a device to stop him from being killed by the other daleks!
urm, I'm not too sure what you're implying, yes in Journeys End this did happen, when Davros showed the Doctor himself he said "all those who died in your name" and the flashback of sec was there because the Daleks were about to shoot the Doctor and he jumped in the way, sorry to burst your bubble but, I think he's gone-forever :P

And in my version Jast is the one who makes the device to save Sec's life.
