it's hard to explain in english, but i'll try:

you start closing ur hand to a knuckle. and make sure there's a bit empty space inside ur hand, and have an opening on the side where ur thumb is, then you take a lighter (not the electric ones) and keep pressing the gas.

When you think you have enough stored in your hand, you roll the "fire thingy" so it makes sparks and quickly open ur hand - voila! fireball! :D
