Cool but running it off of unreged co2 (800psi) is very dangerous. Many metal pipes have a lower burst pressure than 800psi and that is PVC!

u should use an on off asa instead because then u can unscrew the tank and not cause a bunch of air to leak out one tank.

hmm could you make it smaller and have a hose to connect to a co2 tank on your back and be able to attach it to somthing like tippmanns project salvo so it would be more like a grenade launcher as the size is right for the BT paint grenades.

Nice idea, however a suggestion would be to have two ball valves, you open and close the first one to fill a reservoir(May need calculations for optimal performance), and then you open the second one to actually fire. Refilling the tank every shot may become quite uneconomical.

it worked on mine, im not sure on how much the velocity is gained/lost but it lokks better and saves on the co2. and to keep pressure i use a some foam i cut to the barrel diameter so its a tight seal.

Im making one. however im making a slight modification instead of the reducing bushing on the bottom of the tee, I took out the tee and but the reducer on the back end of the barrel. I also took out the coppper elbow so my co2 is inline with the barrel not below it. Think it will still work?

if you get rid of the lower part and make it one long launcher it works better, just put the pvc reducer inside the end cap and seal it and have the metal pipe just comming right out the back less air restriction and more power.
