Ha, 3-4 hours to get the 15840 gil for the iron bangles is nothing (: Lol, bl there mate. You should have separate saves at each point of the game so you don't have to go back that far.

u can steal them from bagrisks in cosmo canyon area, they only appear in the orangy bits of land though

and the steal rate is very very low from them under 5%, but u can get 3 from beating boss on first 3 fort condor battles, still has buggy so he hasnt used w-item duplication trick

what u do is u dont get w-item and get 99 EVERYTHING and 255 all stats... this has been attempted and not completed and the idea binned. the guy lost around 2000+ hours of his life. if u want try it =P

I've got 255 all stats and every character twice, but not 99 items. Both times the files were only around 140 hours or so, and that was for lvl 99, mastered materia, etc.

In my humble opinion, the way for a Perfect Game is going to the Sunken Ship, with Yuffie using the Conformer and with the Morph Materia equipped... All enemies turns into Stat Boost itens, when morphed... And since Conformer's damage is based on the enemy level, the Morph Attack will hit hard... XD

I got my Cloud speed so high that his ATB fills with the same speed of when you get the Limit Break bar full... XD~

its extremely hard to get 99 of those...you can only get 3 regularly in the game from the first few fort condor battles

only way to get 99 in w-item glitch or steal at a low level with low dexterity from those wolfs around midgar i believe...been awhile since i played my perfect game and even longer since i got 99 of those too..

Actually the CMD Grand Horns drop Vagyrisk Claws, and stealing from an enemy negates the item drop, so do NOT steal from them :P

There are three kinds of CMD Grand Horn and which kind you face depends on the party's average level. Only the lowest level version drops Vagyrisk Claws, and the number of Fort Condor fights is limited, so you'd never be able to get more than 15 V.Claws from there.

Bagrisks are green lizard-things and they only appear in the area where I'm standing in the video.

...the w-item trick is for when you reach the end of your game ...and want to slay those big weapons mostly ((I have made it through the game without this trick and beat the weapons)) but personaly I myself in later terms will clone myself 99 of the elixer and megalixer to save my ass time... as I now aim to beat my records

Why would you go through all that trouble when you can use the W-Item trick to duplicate your items an unlimited number of times? Just equip W-Item, "use" the item you wish to duplicate, then pick any second item but then cancel that choice. You will have one more of your first item. Repeat this procedure, and it should be done in no time. Weapons, armor, accessories, sources and the such can not be duplicated.

They are a very rare steal from Bagrisks, which only appear in the part of the World Map where I'm at in the video (west of Cosmo Canyon). You have a better chance of stealing them at low levels, after level 78 you can no longer steal them, ever.

Yeah it took a while, but it wasn't TOO terrible. There was only about 37 hours on the clock at the end of it all. Sometimes I would go for hours without getting one, other times I would get TWO in the same fight! :P

They are probably the hardest items to get in the entire game. And no, the W-Item trick isn't prohibited in a perfect game, I just get more satisfaction out of doing it the hard way.
