He had to have been part of the trials in the other universe. Cortexiphan was adminstered to very young children. Witness Olivia at 4 (extrapolating from known dates mentioned on the show). Peter Primes was dead at 7, so if it went down it had've to have gone down in Universe B.
Notice how fast he moves to divert the hit man-seems unusually fast for a human, doesn't it?
And he successfully uses August's gun but no one else at Boston's FBI headquarters can get it to work, according to Broyles. Is it because August 'programmed' it for only Peter? Or is it because Peter is Alt-Peter?
Or was Peter also part of the Cortexiphan trials, and this almost insectile reflexive response is the manifestation of a latent ability drawn to the surface by the drug?
Walter has carried out previous experiments on Peter. But I keep forgetting Peter is an alter, unless Universe B's Walter is even more without normal ethical consideration hen "our" Walter.
