good cameraman in the making there Jonathan! Mythic is a good flowing primer for sure, and is loaded with titanium dioxide which makes it tippex white and good coverage for a thin paint. Apparently it doesnt lose its thickness during drying, so unlike a lot of those porridge-like water based primers you mentioned, what you see when you apply it is what you get when it is ready to recoat.
For knots, Mythic recommend spotting them in once before over-coating the whole surface. That works.
@ThePainterforyou It sands very well. Smooth finish with no brush marks or ridges. I edited out a large section about sanding, but theres not masses amount of dust.
