Good interview, but I don't like him shitting on Overeem with the old steroid accusations; hypocritical after he talked about it being unfair people shitting on fighters. Also calling kung fu bullshit is ridiculous; under MMA rules in cage fighting, Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, and kickboxing are the naturally best skills to have, but training kung fu is very effective for practical self defence and a good kung fu federation will encompass some practical grappling and a massive range of striking.
