now knows, he is not a Man! Does he now realize he can't carry a team like Shaq? Does he realize he needs to leave the Lakers because he is just another Penny Hardaway?

Stop hating! Lebron is in the weakest conference. He should be in the Finals. The Cavs can't even compete against a western conference team in 7 games. Kobe wants some talent in L.A. That's not 2 much 2 ask.
Kobe isn't going anywhere. I actually have to give him his P's for finally standing up and DEMANDING that something be done.. The squeaky wheel gets oiled. Magic knew this when he forced Westhead out after their first Title together and Jordan did this for years in Chicago.
I'm not a hater, but I know that Kobe is capable of so much more than he has shown to date. That was the point behind the video. He has proven his worth as an athlete, now he needs to prove his worth as a leader.
This video is great. Kobe is not a leader. He is an excellant athlete. He can put up numbers. What he cannot do is make his team better. Lamar has potential to be a consistant All Star, yet he chooses not to be. Luke has the same potential. Everyone on that team makes excuses when they get interviewed. Now Kobe wants Jerry West back. Kobe is a selfish, whining, excuse maker.
That's ok Quag, Big Daddy understands your need to feel superior in something. Poor Quags is in 12th place in the same Roto baseball league Big Daddy leads. Maybe I can hire you to be my spell checker?
This is lame. His haters follow him more than his biggest fans. You make it sound like players win titles on their own. You need a TEAM to win a championship. You expect Kobe to "lead" journey men and losers like Lamar Odom, Smush Parker, Brian Cook, and Kwame Brown to a championship in the tough tough Western Conference? Shaq is lucky he's always had an all-star guard to play alongside, as opposed to Kobe right now, who hasn't had an all star teammate in 3 years.
