The replacement for displacement just happens to be a HUGE loss of weight and more than likely MORE hp. That's what usually happens when a supra gets a couple bigger turbos and enough fuel to support all that air. You can figure 700+ on the stock block and internals without all the weight of a huge motor, not to mention half or less of the displacement. Chevy are about the only ones who figured out how to make a huge motor not weigh very much, hence the Z06 motor... They really shine on that one
already happened dude big boost skylines and supras eat displacements all day dude its how you mod not saying they aren't bad ass cars cause i own a 1997 ws6 ta and a 2006 wrx both with significant mods and i love them both the same they are both great cars
its cheaper and easier to get lots of hp out of a high cube Ford, we had a 1992 mustang with a 428 out of a 69 galaxie that would eat both your cars alive
@mrjewishfish not odd to me..i dont like corvettes..for the money..id buy a new 5.0 and put some money in it and have fun. vettes are to pricey to modify..plus i have a 69 mustang soi m a bit biased

The Z-06 is a built 402 with compression, cam, long tubes... dynoed about 500 to the ground. The reason for my second loss was a 2nd gear start where I had no traction and shifting to 4th my damn throttle cable snapped... It was a fun night in the middle of nowhere!
Lol the sn95 got put on plow the second run. I have a termi but I still prefer vettes > mustang any day of the week
