It illegal, both of your feet have to be on the rubber when you start the pitch and must remain there until you drag, this rule is effective in ASA, NSA and USSSA

push off with your right leg then hop and drag your toe, and also if your just winding your arm back it makes it very difficult for speed, use your wrist muscles to kinda push the ball inside your glove and don't wind your arm back.

idk if you know that your illegal by stepping back off the rubber with ur back foot. its legal in pony tournaments but not in college as they follow asa rules.. college coaches dont like it and it will hurt your recruiting efforts. otherwise good job and good luck.
