I love Princess Maker, but Princess Maker 4 was a disgrace.

After 5 min of playing you'll just want the girls to shut the fuck up. Their voice is soo annoying. Theres way too much talking in this game too.

Princess Maker 2 was way way way better

Honestly hated this game. Having played the past 3 Princess Makers and the 5th one, I couldn't really feel like I could 'connect' (not in the creepy- reality denying type of connect) with the daughter. The new artist couldn't completely illustrate the old mystic feel of the Princess Maker series like the old artist did.

And I have to say, I'm kinda glad that PM4 didn't prostitute the daughter as much, like, PM2 did.

@CatMuto I didn't mean in the time phrase way, it's the art style- PM4's style of anime is repetitive and looks practically the same as any mainstream anime out there, but the past artist had a distinctive and unique style that kind of gave the Princess Maker series its feel.

@TheIdiotDisease Well, Sister Princess' artist took care of PM4 .. yes, the other PM games had a different aura about their drawings - most of them had even more fantasy put into them, which helped with the mystical endings. (Aside from PM5 .. why did they put in Cube turning into a dog?) But the main point of PM4 was to keep Patricia from turning into a demon with human looks. Although the canon ending is with her reuniting her family.
