Nope! It's about how drinking and driving could kill others and you. So the guy drinking and driving hit his girlfriend or loved one and she was slowly dying, notice that she is moaning in pain and not in pleasure. He is also touching her because he doesn't want her to leave him. I see your confusion though, because she looks naive and he pretty much killed her so yeah. At first I thought it was about that too! Haha. But this should teach ignorant drunks a lesson. :)

All it takes for an accident when speeding is a flick of the wheel, or a pothole, or something, that can send you the other way. Hook them with sex, as you can see it has over 2.3 million viewers, then you'll get the message delivered. It's the suggestive hook that probably got it the mature content rating.
