Litsen, all who thinks this game is easy, haven't obviously played it.. This video shows a low level gadgeteer doing a very simle cave, and a very simple boss.
Try doing a level 50-60 epic map @ elite or why not HCE and we shall we who thinks it's easy!

Great job, but gadgeteer builds just aren't for me...Harduk is a lot more fun in your face playing a bloodletter. And bloodletter is just pure damage output, I'm doing 700+ damage without any extra skills at level 32, somewhere over 1500% with my maxed out dervish. Just seems boring running in circles around bosses, you know what i mean?

how much dex is needed to wear all DEX items? i've heard it was 136.

A PB should go full dexterity, until he can wear all DEX items, then go 3 DEX 2 VIT to level 50
