Are you brain damaged? The new version is such a piece of crap.

The lyrics are total crap in the new one to begin with. And the music sounds so terrible - just noise; abasvaram!! The original is an ever-lasting gem from the maestro.

Just look at the voice selection in both versions. Malaysia Vasudevan & SPB's voices convey so much about the underlying characters singing the song. Karthik & Ranjith are gifted singers but definitely don't fit this one. Yuvan is such a let down for his father.
