Here's the way I do it:

C5 - Em for the verses (alternate the 3rd and 2nd frets on the high E string while chording a C then go to Em)

C - D for the chorus then:

G-D/F#-Em-D-C

"Just a fool to believe I have anything she needs"

I'm tuned down a step here though.
