when your doing a paintjob you go to add vinyls it should be in the category next to basic shapes and it will have a lot of fading and different designs

save it into a catalog, its an option when you press paint car, then get in the other car then select the design which should be all the way to the right after you pressed the paint button. Select it and there ya go!
