I am proud to say that many americans prefer Filipinos because i get a lot of customers who were relieved knowing that they got a Filipino reprentative.. i am a technical support representative of dell compnay a lot of customers got a relief when they reached me... they would say thank you because they can really understand me...
PHILIPPINES ECONOMY is geeting better, however we still have the POLITICAL CIRCUS goin on in our country, and this thing stops the growth of our country. I just hope that all FILIPINOS will work together to ensure the continuous growth and success of our economy...

As for English ability, Filipinos are used to the American lexicon, while Indians are familiarized with the British lexicon - one is as good as the other; but if you really want statistics, Indian students actually have higher scores on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) than Filipinos (2005). Just to be fair.
i don't care if their students have higher scores...all i know is that accent is extremely annoying when i'm trying to get my luggage back or when i'm trying to get my health benefits in place. It's adds a lot to my frustrations. If i had a choice, I would prefer a company that does not outsource.
