You just have to practice a little. When I make an actual signature for someone I usually start with a larger canvas but I keep it 3 to 5 times longer than its height so That I can resize without problems when Im finished.
Dont rly like the end result cuz i cant even understand what it is witohut know what u started with but yeah, if u kinda stopped slaping on all the blurbs earlier while the car was still visible it was nice.

Depends on what website your at. But its better to create big then resize to small. You get more detail and its easier to see while your making it.

i made my sig to big and when i resized it for the site it looked awful so i didnt even used it...

Man, you have got to be kidding. The original is like 800x300 and this is shown at like 250x50 and blurry, go see the original.

The city is a night scene, it already had a yellowish hue, and I added alot of color dodge to brighten it even more.
