Channel halfof that meth head energy into the quality of your work and your patients will be much better off and you will be recognized and paid more. Your jibberish is just BS
You all should check out the Face Book page called Democracy for MNA Nurses NOW"
The Massachusetts Nurses Association (MNA) has just been sold out to the CNA for a song... 390 members out of 23,000 voted to sell our souls to the CNA. Read some of the postings. Rose Ann and her cronys are fascists.
Our local hospital voted NO to any union. I am proud of them. Sadly with this horrible obamacare bill they will all be forced into a union AND forced to do abortions. Say goodbye to Catholic hospitals.
I want to commend Susan for all her hard work in Ohio. I am an RN in St. Louis Mo and because of CNA 2000 RN's there are without union representation. CNA needs to stop these underhanded union busting stunts and let workers organize. Don't give up Susan and keep up the fight.
I remember Susan Horn speaking at one of the meetings at the hotel someone worked hard on a presentation and she kept on interupting through the entire meeting hmmmm she would not let anyone else speak just like in the video... I guess there are two sides to every story too bad she only knows her end and that was a very poor response from her regarding the injured conference attendee. SHAME ON HER
For the SEIU to use thuggish tactics to resolve a jurisdicional dispute between them & the California Nurses Association is unacceptable.
That's what negotiations & representation elections are for.
If SEIU President Andy Stern is trying to impress people with his threats & violence,it isn't aimed at America's nurses.
It's aimed at making him the "Go to Guy" if you are a major corporation who needs a compliant "union" where the rank and file have no real power over their own destiny.
I'm sorry, carol, did you even watch this video? An honest trade unionist would come to an honest conclusion: Rose Ann and CNA acted like bosses normally do. They ran "vote no" campaign during a union election that took three years of struggle to accomplish. What do good union folk do when the boss union-busts? Go to boss's base of support with direct action (see Labor Notes, "The Troublemakers Handbook" or whatever it's called). Nice try with the spin and lies, but honest people know better.
Oh, and you are probably fully aware that using words like "threats & violence" is incredibly dishonest. It's anti-union campaign spin, just like the boss uses!
The type of hyperbole that CNA (and you) have used recently is clearly an attempt to distract attention away from the fact that CNA took the union away from Ohio hospital workers. Again, nice try.
raucous animals... sub human savages all of them... they aren't worthy of a civilized society.

Now that seiu has sold out all nurses in seiu to the CNA in order to stop the members right to vote for NUHW in California how do you feel?

Let's make this clear this is not a juristictional dispute,
the California Nurse group did not attempt to organize anyone, they were asking workers to vote no, that is what energized the nurse in the video,
The california nurse group spin and misrepresentation is amazing
