Beau is actually back playing again now, although he is mainly concentrating on guitars, cittern and singing and writing his own music these days as well as mixing musical ideas like reggae, pop and folk. He is a great singer!

He taught himself whistle a short while before this and played guitar/cittern, but all in all, he had only been playing music of any kind for a very short time. Unfortunately he no longer plays these days. :(

amazing. 6 months! thats riculous. ive been playing for 3 years and hes better than me. does he get lessons or something? cuz im teaching myself now. and im only 14.

Beau has played pipes off and on (and I happen to think he's very good), but he considers the flute to be his main instrument and prefers it to pipes at the moment. He also plays whistle, finger-style guitar and cittern.
