It's more that just the regulation of the hydrogen, did you pull the flywheel and reset the ignition timing? A hydrogen engine will not run with ignition before TDC, at least not very well and not without backfire, Top dead center for those of you who dont know what TDC means, also look's like you got your hydro piped in direct with no additional air intake, wont work to rich need aditional air!
Take a socket, fit it to a drilling machine and there we go! You got an electric starter. I tried that myself. Works great, but don't use a cordless screwdriver, because the battery will get low too fast.
Here's a video:

It is a friends motor. i was not sure what it was. It was a 5 horse motor off of his old go cart.

Excuse me, what kind of engine are you using in this experiment?

hmm you forgot the basics, you cant force fue into an engine unless you can mimic a perfect air fuel ratio...
This is why you have to let the engines vacuum suck in what it requires.
Or are you trying to reinvent the vacuum intake to a pressured intake?

Mega Joules per liter.
Gasoline 34.2
Gaseous Hydrogen at room temperature 0.01079
HHO, two parts H one part O so divide 0.01079 by 3 x 2 = energy density 0.00719 Mega Joules per liter at room temp.
Raise temp to typical HHO cell temp 185 F (60 amps input) gas expands 21.76 percent.
0.00719 divided by 121.76 x 100 energy density now 0.00590 Mega Joules per liter.
34.2 Mega Joules divided by 0.00590, ratio of 5,796.6 to one. One gallon of gasoline = 5,796.6 gallons of HHO.

(PART 1)
Hi jazzy14u2!
Great work... it spluttered - that's the first step.
I got an idea for you. If you don't wanna pull the rope again and again, try to remove the cap with the rope inside.
You should see a big nut underneath that cap.
