Check Wikipedia or StreetFighter wiki or whatever you want and you'll see that the defeat from charlie's sacrifice was in street fighter alpha 3 which takes place before SF2 events, and Sf4 timeline starts 4-5yrs before SF3. In SSF2 bison takes a second defeat, done by gouki.

1: Bison's canon knowledge of Akuma is nill because Akuma never leaves his island. Ryu goes to him.
2: Akuma and Bison have never fought, so one hit punch (outside of Akuma's intro) never happened.

To be honest I like M Bison as a character more then Akuma and was happy to see him win. But if I am being honest Akuma is the more superior fighter overall, M Bison has to really be on form to win against Akuma. Having said that Special Psycho Crusher drains ridiculous energy and is comparable to the Raging Demon, which is like a nuclear bomb going off.

@SparkX61 guess because u use mugen 1.0 and then compare to winmugen, otherwise you need to change video configuration adding filters and shit

@JuliuStorm I'll tell you why: MUGEN has the flexibility and possibilities that are nearly unparalleled in the video game world. You can put whoever or whatever the heck you want into it, change it to look the way you want, add as many characters as you want, and even take out that annoying character you hate to no end.
Because of this flexibility, people STILL play MUGEN. It's like the Counter Strike: Source of the fighting game industry.

@adriansaurus Actually, Akuma merely finished him of and fought the victor of the tournament (probably Ryu). Also, it was probably Shin Akuma, seeing how it was the toughest Akuma fight in all of the games, and his air fireball shot two of them, which he only does as Shin Akuma.

@adriansaurus In case u didn't know,the raging demon technique is a punch to your soul in such a way that it causes the evil within your soul to beat up your body until death.(weather your soul goes to heaven or hell after that is debatable)The only way to defend against it is to clear your mind and soul of all evil thoughts,like Gouken did. But,that move is useless on Bison,he has no soul..lol.He is a warlock/gypsy that sold his soul in exchange for secrets to master Psycho Power. The end.

Even if his body is destroyed, his"soul" (our whatever you wanna call it) can just occupy another body his scientists make for him. He just keeps regenerating. Its even rumored that he is the Grandmaster boss at the end of Strider, hunderds of years later,probably in his 30th regeneration...lol

@QBisbest Yeah I heard something stupid like that. Capcom keeps changing their stories. Rose was supposed to be one of the gypses/witches/wizards that Bison belonged to before he sold his soul to evil for the mastery of Psycho Power. In the SF Alpha series and beyond, she was trying to stop him because she knew he could become a God with that power. Later on Capcom stated otherwise, then changed the story back again..lol. Its like comics,so Capcom does whatever, whenever they want

Bison is the better character, but regardless of how competent or strong he becomes, he'll lose, because he's been assigned the role of a villain.
Akuma is a terrible character. He feel slike a japanese Mary Sue, a character based on a cross between bushido, Musashi and a shinto oni, who apparently can't be beaten. It's like Japan masturbating over their own stoic warrior culture. Of course, their other poster boy, the utterly boring Ryu, will probably beat him one day.

@ChudFapper Whatever. Both are cool but Psycho Power isn't quite as cool as the Satsui no Hado. Raging Demon is a dumb name for his ultra/special they shoud've kept the rough japanese translation of "Instant Hell Murder." Also Akuma often takes more skill to use due to his low health and just generally high learning curve. SSF4 all day.
