But really, what matters when you make Da'wa to the people who knew you for a long period, is to show them that Islam really made you a better human being, responsible and carying. People don't just need words, they need also good examples to follow.
What is difficult with Islam, is that it always seemed to be something "stranger".
You guys who converted to Islam are not the only ones who have to face this. I was raised in a muslim family who almost absolutely didn't care about the religion. They just believed in Allah (swt) and didn't eat pork.
I re-discovered the deen by myself, MashAllah, and both my parents were really upset at me when I first came to them and talked about Islam and the Hell Fire and etc..

Not three (trinity) or thousands (hindu). Even in daily prayer a Muslim has to say a shahadah at a sitting position and he will raise his finger at the mentioning of Allah to reaffirm his faith that God is one. Psychologically if you raise a finger up you really mean it as ONE.

It's pointless trying to prove God because God is not proved, proof is from the material world of logic and language, instead, God discloses Himself. You can only go so far with mental gymnastics, maybe refute certain concepts, but you cannot establish a definite 'proof'. So I don't think muslims should pursue this fruitless path of attempting to prove the existence of God using ways that ultimately are bound by their own boundaries.
I want you to reply for one from hundreds of questions regarding scientific fact in Quran. How come that since more than 1400 years a book mentioned that in fetus the bone created before flesh which science discovered only on 16th century. Who let this Man (the Messenger) take the risk and mentioned this on the Quran very clearly. By this he took a risk by chance to cancel his religion of 50%.

A pain being triggered in the body, one neither could see nor touch it. In addition, it is colorless and odorless yet one could feel it.
Similarly, metaphorically the air we breathe in and out constantly or the effect whence the wind blows. These things exist but I'm not saying that God presence physically in these things he created. I hope its clear the air.

But really, what matters when you make Da'wa to the people who knew you for a long period, is to show them that Islam really made you a better human being, responsible and carying. People don't just need words, they need also good examples to follow.

Not three (trinity) or thousands (hindu). Even in daily prayer a Muslim has to say a shahadah at a sitting position and he will raise his finger at the mentioning of Allah to reaffirm his faith that God is one. Psychologically if you raise a finger up you really mean it as ONE.

It's pointless trying to prove God because God is not proved, proof is from the material world of logic and language, instead, God discloses Himself. You can only go so far with mental gymnastics, maybe refute certain concepts, but you cannot establish a definite 'proof'. So I don't think muslims should pursue this fruitless path of attempting to prove the existence of God using ways that ultimately are bound by their own boundaries.

A pain being triggered in the body, one neither could see nor touch it. In addition, it is colorless and odorless yet one could feel it.
Similarly, metaphorically the air we breathe in and out constantly or the effect whence the wind blows. These things exist but I'm not saying that God presence physically in these things he created. I hope its clear the air.

The first stage was before we were in the womb when we were in another world known only to God. The next stage following this life is the life in the grave. Dunya is the intentional and voluntary adoption of anything evil which causes one to become forgetful of Allah Ta'ala irrespective of what that thing may be. Thus, acquisition of wealth and other material means is not evil, but Hubb-e-dunya (love for such material objects) is evil.

As long as the water remains outside the ship, it aids its sailing. But entry of the water into the ship causes it to sink. Similar is the case of wealth. Wealth aids man as long as it remains outside his heart. However, of its love enters the heart it will bring about his destruction.

Islam means submitting your will to Allah, so if your submitting your will to Allah its illogical to say your doing so out of fear because Islam requires sincerity. You see Islam is not a faith like xtianity where u say I believe and ur saved. In islam u have to submit by praying five times a day etc.
