  • faster kick and ull get ur windmill down fo sho ^^ and everything ur all set so practice kicking alot

  • You almost rotating over your ass :P you need to be much higher on your back and stretch your legs so you can spread them more

  • stop trying to do continuous. get one perfect windmill first. i can already see your collapse is off because you're landing on your hips and its killing your ass. basically just stop landing on your ass it's killing your momentum no matter how hard you kick your momentum will die if you land there.
