I could tell you a story about my great pa pa in hazard KY singing me this song. I wont bother for its too long....it brought back memories my friend. were family with a long line of bluegrass pickers...and were african american....ty for this post...awesome
Very nice rendition of one of my favorite songs...saw the ARA's in NYC around 1978 while in college. It was a small club and we stayed around for 2 sets as no one kicked us out. Great show. This song reminds me of my little sister Grace. I love you Gracie. God bless you always.
Great job with this song! Are you using a chorus pedal to get that sound from your guitar? Or, is it a 12 string? Hard for me to tell. Very impressive. Rock
Hey! 400 views and you are my first bona fide comment! Thank you. I am recording my 12 onto GarageBand, both with a mike and with its built-in pickup, then doubling the electric track and moving it up (and/or down) an octave and mixing it wityh the normal signal. See some of my other vids for more drastic use of same. On this one I use the same trick on my voice, creating the harmonies. My objective is to get max sound out of one real-time performance.
many time remakes arent half as good as the original,, but this kicks the original reditions butt,,,,thats a Great song now!!!!

Multiple choice: There are no comments because
A. People are horrified but are being quiet out of pity.
B. People are completely indifferent.
C. People are so awestruck that words fail them.
D. All of the above.
