I just saw a long documentary about his life. When you know what happened during his childhood you get to understand him a lot more. I think we all agree when I say that he could've meant more to the world had he not excluded himself from others which he realized on his death bed. My grandparents immigrated from Ireland and Germany in the early 1900's...we grew up in Kansas next to the Kickapoo Tribe. Having learned many of their stories, traditions, and history....there's not much in this video that I can disagree with. I have felt this way since I first started learning Native words...sorry, but even as a white man that is a ultra conservative....it's true. We are occupying land that isn't ours.

Let's assume for a second that one family arrives in North America first, does that one family then own the continent based on the fact that the land mass is contiguous?
There were only a population of 10 million natives in all of what is now Canada and the USA in the 1500s.
There is also evidence of other people inhabiting NA thousands of years ago.
For all you know the Indians drove out other people who cam before them,.
