I cry when I hear this song and I did the same when watching the performance. Worshiping through dance is powerful. It is medicine to the soul. I love this song. Really liked the dance. I always enjoy mime as well. I just think in this case, the mime took away from the dance and visa versa. Good question. From the beginning of time we have been a progressive world. Progressive as in creative and inventive. Im not sure If Mime was performed back in the days the bible was written, but today Mime is used as an offspring of dance; just another form of dance, just like Rap is an offspring of music or praise. So as long as you are honestly dancing to the glory of God, whether it be Mime or praise dancing, when done in purity and in good spirit, it should be acceptable in Gods eye.

I agree ajrolle. . . I think that mime is another way to get the message to some people void of any feelings. You may see a person doing a praise dance and may not like that person. Most people will look at the person and miss the message. With the painted face of the mime you dont know who is who and pay attention to the blessing and not the people performing!

If the girl was doing the same thing without white makeup, u would just call it praise dance. 2 say that a mime can't glorify God would be like saying a deaf person can't glorify God cuz they can't talk. God can be glorified through any pure art form. the Bible says let everything that has breath praise God, and that we are to glorify God with our bodies and our spirits, which are the Lord's. if we have a gift, we are to use it to glority God and show His greatness. that is how a mime artist can glorify God with his or her talent, just as a musician can glority Him with their music, or a singer with singing.

When done with the right reasons and intentions, praise dancing is a ministry, because about 80% of human communication is non vebal.

this dance was so good. i loved the movements and the mime in front...jus amazing...but ma only prob was that i think there should have been more than one dancer in the back. the mime at the front was a real unique touch but with more dancers in the back i think that it would have been brought out louder. just my opinion...

I really enjoyed this ministry. The only problem I have was not with the dancers but the crowd.They were sitting there. When the mime went into the crowd it was like ok her she is but the people should have felt the anoiting and passion from the dancers.
