I have many Bromberg LP's. I saw David at Lemoyne College, Long Branch Park both in Syracuse and in Auburn NY. he was always the ultimate performer. Does anyone remember "The Fastest Man Alive" ...."Blume was so fast... he could turn off the lights... and get under the cover before the lights went out!"
yeah I remember Bloom, the fastest man alive. It's on the album Bandit in a bathing suit. I have all the Bromberg LP's, although some were hard to find here in Belgium. I became a fan of his music when I first heard his version of Mr Bojangles on the 1970 Isle Of Wight festival (I have that on LP too).
Utterly fantastic! gonna be at New York's Town Hall concert tonight for more of his electrifying stuff.

I discovered David Bromberg back in the 70's and had several of his albums on vinyl. This song was always one of my favorites.

Saw him in Bend, Oregon months ago with his quartet. Great time. Can't wait to see him again.

Saw David at the old Valley Forge Music Fair in the late 70's. The place had a revolving stage. Pretty unusual, but man was he good.
