@puntosuspensivo Problem is I am in Iquique Chile. I have been past Sukyne but we were in a hurry and we had just had lunch at the market central. If I get a chance I would love to eat Korean food in Chile. From what I read most Koreans in Chile are North Koreans. Do you know if that is true?
@powerplantop well, as far as i noticed, the korean community down here has quite a diverse background, some of em came to Chile and work in the textile bussiness, or other are relocated by their corporations, like hyundai, and such.
i've met people from Busan, Seoul, Kwangju, but never had the chance to met any NKorean.
btw, lucky you to be in the north, i love the seafood there!, and the beach.
have u tried chifa? chinese-peruvian food, it's outstanding
1)Where did you get the stoneware bowl from? I heard they are very expensive. I want to buy one too!! but i was hoping to get a relatively inexpensive one.
2) what is the black paste you add in your ingredients?
3) what is the red sauce you garnish the dish with towards the end?
i like that! pretty simple!

@powerplantop I bet that your spanis is better than ur korean. I think its just funy how ur southern accent meshes with Korean.

@shailshri
1: The stone bowels can be expensive or not so bad. This one came from H-mart and was not so bad.
2:Soy Sauce or Sesame Oil
3:That is the second sauce you saw me mix up. That is the one with the gochujang or Hot pepper paste
I hope that helps.
