  • i like that! pretty simple!

  • your korean is god awful but your recipe is great!! Thanks!

  • @DHKpiano If you think that my Korean is bad you hear my Spanish that I am learning here in Chile.

  • @powerplantop I bet that your spanis is better than ur korean. I think its just funy how ur southern accent meshes with Korean.

  • @powerplantop omg, you are in chile? u should go to Sukyne, in barrio patronato, Santiago.

    good dolsot bibimbap

  • @puntosuspensivo Problem is I am in Iquique Chile. I have been past Sukyne but we were in a hurry and we had just had lunch at the market central. If I get a chance I would love to eat Korean food in Chile. From what I read most Koreans in Chile are North Koreans. Do you know if that is true?

  • @powerplantop well, as far as i noticed, the korean community down here has quite a diverse background, some of em came to Chile and work in the textile bussiness, or other are relocated by their corporations, like hyundai, and such.

i've met people from Busan, Seoul, Kwangju, but never had the chance to met any NKorean.

btw, lucky you to be in the north, i love the seafood there!, and the beach.

have u tried chifa? chinese-peruvian food, it's outstanding

  • @puntosuspensivo Yes I have tried chifa food. It is good.

  • *gasp*

  • @deapunck I usually put meat in mine!

  • hey nice video. very nice demonstration.

1)Where did you get the stoneware bowl from? I heard they are very expensive. I want to buy one too!! but i was hoping to get a relatively inexpensive one.

    2) what is the black paste you add in your ingredients?

    3) what is the red sauce you garnish the dish with towards the end?

    Thanks!!

  • @shailshri

1: The stone bowels can be expensive or not so bad. This one came from H-mart and was not so bad.

    2:Soy Sauce or Sesame Oil

3:That is the second sauce you saw me mix up. That is the one with the gochujang or Hot pepper paste

    I hope that helps.

  • @powerplantop

Thanks a lot for your quick reply. for some reason hmart.com does not open on my browser. Will chk it later.

I'll surely try this recipe, but without the bowl it wont be as good i guess..haha

  • Awesome, thank you for posting this video. I love that you even showed how to pickle the carrots.
