They dismantle old weapons to build new ones. Only a few big corporations profit from the process.
The nuclear weapons would be key in a war if just SO happens IF a "Russian Terrorist Attack" hit's U.K.,America and Russia might go to war and use the weapons causing mass damage taking possibly millions of lives therefor making the illuminati's "Mass world Deopoulation by 80-90%"plot work. Just thinking
