hi, i really love all of your videos, and i was wondering if you had any tips on how to get a look like anne hathaway's in the devil wears prada after her makeover. the eye makeup seems to be like a smoky eye effect to me, and i was wondering if you had any specific color ideas ( also her lipstick and blush ) that would be like hers. I'm fair complected like her, and i really like the colors that were used.

Yes it would still work (in most cases). Megan, my blonde model, always wears smokey makeup like this. She is naturally pale.

What can you do if some of the black kohl melts under the eye and gives the impression of wrinkles? It gets hot and humid where I live. Could you please help me with this problem?

A couple of things you could do, it's important to set khol pencil with eyeshadow, otherwise it will slide about everywhere. The other thing you could do, is use a makeup sealer like Benefit's Shelaq. I use a theatrical makeup sealer. You wouldn't put this inside your eye, but you can run over the top of your eyeliner with the sealer. This will help it stay put.

im so happy righttt noww!!!=) i always try to get the smokey look and its decent in the morning but a little too intense for my silvery blue eyes, im happy that your models eyes are light. and i never knew what to do to the crease. thanks. one more thing...what if you get the crease under your eye when the eyeliner goes too low? how do i fix that?

As in you applied too much under the eye? Just dip a cotton tip into some makeup remover and gently remove.

I am really not too sure of that. The only other product I've heard of that helps avoid creasing of eyeshadow on the eyelid is Urban Decay's Primer Potion. I'll check out the Body Shop this weekend and see if I can find anything.

I have very dark eyebrows(they are plucked) and eyelashes...with big eyes (dark brown) and for some reason, never looked good with smokey eye makeup. :( I can only use pink, orange, and very light brown....I don't know why. :(

I don't have large eyes, and it suits me. I think it's more about eye shape and how you can manipulate your eye shape through the use of dark shadow. I'm currently having a good think about this, to hopefully upload a tute on it!
