All RX7's come with 13b's, Cosmo's come with 13b-RE's and 20b's

It's originally a turbo because it has a stock boost gauge dawg

not all, JDM 86-87 were not turbo'd cars (they had the car a year ahead of us, so technically their FC3S came out in 1985 in Japan which was non turbo)
