  • hey man. i am from mumbai. i am 6.2 ft and 124 kgs..i have broad body. i have lots of fats near chest n back area. it is shapeless... plus i need to brng my weight down to 100 kgs... please suggest best possible workouts.. any suppliments for weight loss and etc. please do reply man! :(

  • @rossoneri151090 Hey,ok if your goal is weight loss then you gotta on the following 1) Most important your diet ,its 70 percent of our complete progress,if you not gonna follow a healthy then no amount of workout will help so start by eating smaller quantity and frequently and avoid all processed food like sugar,chips,biscuits coz thats the reason we why we all have body fat. 2) Exercise three days to four days week ...check out body weight workous on my channel.....raghav :-)

  • What do you do pretty boy? Are you a fitness trainer, model or just a fitness enthusiast?? There are (I suppose) no videos on workout made in English by an Indian on youtube. So you are going International huh???Your body fat level is really low which gives you that chiseled look and that is the hardest thing to do. You can get strong but getting that look is difficult. Welldone! Would have appreciated it more if you would have made these videos in Hindi. But great job anyway!

  • hi.. got a little problem..actually Squat,Curl and Press its effective..it works..i lost 10 lbs in 3wks..but my muscles is not having improvement..i think im doing something wrong..

  • @jostenat Hey thats pretty cool ....just make sure that you increase your protein intake so that there is no muscle loss...stick with atleast 2 grams of protein per kg of body weight ......regards raghav :-)

  • hi.im 5.8(174cm) nd i weigh abt 70kg..btw my waist is 36":o so i wanna get a flat belly, so only doing this above excerise wil it help me in reducing my weight..also could u plz specify clearly abt healthy eating pattern..like should i completely leave milk,rice ..u hav also said to do this excerise alternate days so wat excerise should i do in those days which i wont do this above workout...

  • Raghav..thank you for this workout, I tried this it's definitely challenging,but I absolutely loved it. I was sweating like I did when I used to do steady state cardio :) I also did the Get Ripped with Body Weight Exercises. It was so much fun, and challenging. What I think I'll do is use this as a finishers. I like the looks of the Close Grip Pull Ups vid, sadly I 'm not strong enough yet. I bought a assisted pull station so right now I'll use that. Once again thanks for your great workouts

  • This is a nice workout. One question though im trying to burn fat and move down weight. how much should I be picking up? Ive used 20 but I feel like if I use more ill gain weight or something. Plz help :/

  • @eliteboxer724 Hey man thanks for watching ..well you gotta lidt weight which is challenging as fas as losing losing body fat goes you need to follow a low calorie diet, as long as you stick with low calorie diet you can never bulk up, for example look at the porters on the railway station ,they lift huge amount of weight but are not big infact they are thin purely because they nutrition intake is always in a negative calorie balance...so dont worry about lifting heavy,regards :-)
