NOT TRUE. Elliott Yamin co-wrote this song with Dave Tozer. Writing this song was like therapy for Elliott after the loss of his mother. Elliott was so grief stricken that he took a break from recording. Writing this song got him back in the studio....resulting in the Fight for Love album.
