Really? Repeated, single purpose calls to a radio show in order to achieve some 'goal', whatever it be, definitely constitutes harassment. The prosecutor leaves out the fact that it is a consistent event; She instead presented a false idea that it was just one caller, and asked how harmful one caller could be. A "normal" caller to a radio show does not collaborate with others to execute a harassment campaign against the shows host last time I checked.

I think Obermann is being dishonest here. Live shows have a delay, so we didn't hear what the caller said after "Olbermann," we just heard him get dumped. To me it sounded like the caller was going to insult Olbermann, and was in some way profane. O'Reilly's reaction doesn't make sense otherwise. I agree that he overreacts, and Olbermann calls him on a lot of his B.S., but I think this one is a fail.
