yep, restarting the gmae does manipulate a Blue Shell. I read your PM and I do get the Flying Red ? Blocks like the one on here.

and 1 more question ( my constant asking must be getting very annoying) how to you move while inside the blue shell. i know you can only go 1 direction when you are a moving shell unless you hit a wall but how exactly do you move while being a shell

@gailwy: You dash to spin in your shell, and you can't control your direction while inside it. If you don't run, though, you walk normally. Ducking lets you hide in your shell, deeming you invincible to everything. You can also slide to spin in your shell slowly for a few seconds. The Shell lets you swim better underwater, too.

you can swim better? I didnt know that. and also everytime I try to get to the cannon to level five I keep on jumping at the wrong time and I get squished by the moving blocks

U Have to have completed the game first and then when your choosing a world and level u press start then save
