Man that scene with chad was so intense, my palms were sweating. I always hated shaky cam like films, but it really does add a sense of realism. Great film making and acting.
nothing can piss me off more than someone who act like they care and give you this mocking friendly tone when ever they speak to you. You definitely can't blame Chad for blowing up on that douche.
I definitely think Chad is bipolar. I am and he acts exactly like me and even thinks like I do a lot of the times. The part with Chad and the Orderly is intense and I never expected it the first time I watched this. You could always tell Chad had so much anger built up inside of him and he was bound to erupt like a volcano sooner or later. A lot of psych. wards have staff like that orderly who don't give two fucks about the Patients and patronize when ever they get the chance.
Lyle was trying to make Chad see what he "had to lose" and I guess Chad got to nothing "there's nothing for me out there". Talk about "manic". The counselor goes from all cheery and shit, "Looks like you're having a bummer of a day" to straight attacking them. Goodness. And that was the last scene in the movie Chad is seen.
i still hate how lyle told tracy that he'd never hurt her and then he screams at her.. and i think he tried to randomly kiss her afterwards.. but i just hate that so much
