1. the plat-to-greenbox jump is way more efficiant

2. the way you are supposed to flag juggle goes in this order: run, jump, drop, pick up, repeat. this guy only droped and pick up.

BUT, if you cant do the plat-to-green box jump with the flag, this way is the next best.

something I've noticed is that if you don't volley the flag like in this video, you'll move about 50% slower, but if you take a long route to your base, the chances are nobody will ever even see you, unless of course your playing on mlg amplified.
